About Web Design BeijingThis website was established at the end of 2007 to combine the skills of V9 Design & Build Co., Ltd, in Thailand with a strategic partner in Beijing.
V9 Design & Build bring their design portfolio and their expert SEO strategies into the partnership, while the established IT, internet and programming skills, together with a the Chinese language, are undertaken by our partner.
V9 Design & Build was set up in 2004 in Bangkok. Prior to that, John Sylvester, the media director, worked in London as the project manager for Zygo City Management Services Plc, a company set up in 1999 providing both internet and telco services.
Former clients included the Welsh Assembly, the governments of Mali and Niger, RGL International and City & Guilds International, to name just a few.
